The Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra (VMO) will complete their season with a finale on April 11th. Committed to nurturing outstanding musical talent, this programme will feature a unique arrangement where two conductors will take charge of each half.

VMO Music Director Ken Hsieh will co-conduct the second half of the season finale! This concert marks a return to the chamber orchestra focus that VMO has pursued for several years.
Eugenia Choi makes her debut with the Vancouver Metropolitan Orchestra in this Chamber Orchestra series. This talented violinist, formerly an assistant professor at the University of British Columbia, is now active with many international orchestras.

She currently teaches at New York University. Her international acclaim brings her back to Vancouver to collaborate on Astor Piazzolla’s The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires, a set of four tango compositions that re-imagine Vivaldi’s iconic Four Seasons, presented in the unique order of Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
Ken Hsieh will conduct the second half of the concert with several beautiful pieces, ensuring another unforgettable night of chamber music.
