Gregorius: The Holy Sinner
Benjamin Bagby, known for his performance of Beowulf, returns with the astonishing medieval verse epic Gregorius, “The Holy Sinner” alongside members of his medieval music ensemble Sequentia, Jasmina Črnčič and leiken.

VOCES8: Draw on Sweet Night
The English a cappella octet VOCES8 are known for their impeccable tone quality, balance, and stunning performances ranging from the Renaissance to today.

Bach Ties the Knot with Dorothee Mields & the PBO
German soprano Dorothee Mields joins the Pacific Baroque Orchestra for a programme of wedding-related music by J.S. Bach, including his Cantata BWV 202 “Weichet nur”.

Argentine early music specialists Jonatan Alvarado and Ariel Abramovich explore music from northwest Guatemala in the late 16th century.

The Early Moderns with Quicksilver Baroque
Quicksilver Baroque Ensemble, known for their “impeccable, soulful playing” (The New York Times) return to Vancouver to present a programme exploring the musical revolutions of the Early Modern period.
